Allen Meyer
Allen MeyerRegional Director
Allen has been in telecom for nearly 30 years working for companies such as Sprint and tw telecom (now Level 3 Communications). Prior to joining Sherpa Fiber, he was with a well-respected telecom engineering company and has worked with companies such as Facebook, Google Fiber, General Dynamics, Nokia, and Dycom.
Darren Bonawitz
Darren BonawitzCEO
Darren has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and telecom industries, including as former CEO and co-owner of 1102 Grand, a prominent carrier interconnection point. Prior to founding Sherpa Fiber, Darren co-founded WANRack, a K-12 E-rate fiber service provider that grew to serve 13 states during his tenure.
Emily Lomaka
Emily LomakaAccounting & Compliance
Emily has over 20 years of experience in the construction and construction engineering fields. Most recently she handled day-to-day accounting and telecommunications compliance filings for WANRack, an E-rate Category 1 Service Provider, working with local municipalities and government and regulatory officials in 13 states.
Greg Elliott
Greg ElliottRegional Director
Greg oversaw sales for 1102 Grand (now Netrality Properties) which became one of the largest Internet interconnection hubs in the Midwest. He brings a unique insight into how the Internet works behind the scenes and has extensive experience working with school districts as well as with regional education networks.
John D. Fink
John D. FinkRegional Director
John brings decades of experience in telecom leading several successful sales teams at Sprint and Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum), where he was also instrumental in several network expansion projects. Most recently, he was responsible for government markets and K-12 school districts for his region.
Mary White
Mary WhiteFiber Infrastructure
After several years in public education working with children with disabilities, Mary transitioned to the telecom sector by joining Zayo. As a member of the E-rate team, she was able to blend her passions and was heavily involved with network implementation, design, estimation and product management.
